Delivery & Shipping
Baskets will be shipped within 24-hours from the time the order is received at Basketique. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship the following business day. Due to the high volume of business in December, your order could have a 1-2 day delay.

Preferred Shipping Method
Our preferred method of shipping is by UPS Ground. UPS delivery requires a complete street address. We cannot ship UPS to PO Box addresses, APO’s and FPO’s. These will ship United States Parcel Post, please call for shipping cost. Federal Express is also available upon request. For services other than UPS Ground and for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska please call us at 724-265-4443 or email us at basketique@hotmail.com for further information.

Incorrect Addresses And Fees
Basketique is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. You must provide a accurate and complete recipient shipping address including

  • Recipient Name(s)
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Street Number and Street Name
  • Floor, Suite or Apt. Number
  • Zip code

If you are unsure of any part of a delivery address, we encourage you to verify the address with the recipient before you place your order.


Deliveries to Businesses - Hotels - Hospitals

Business Deliveries:
When sending a basket to a business, please be aware that the delivery driver may need to deliver the basket to a shipping and receiving department. Basketique is not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive your gift basket or if the business is closed for the day.

Hotel Deliveries: Should you decide to ship to a hotel address that is not within our delivery area, please note that we assume no responsibility for gift baskets becoming lost or misplaced, failure of the hotel staff to deliver the basket to the guest/recipient or the basket arriving after the guest has checked out.

Hospital Deliveries:
We will personally deliver to pre-selected hospitals in our area. If you are not absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift basket arrives, please consider having the gift shipped to their home address. Should you decide to ship to the hospital, please note that we assume no responsibility for baskets becoming lost within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the basket to the patient or baskets arriving after the patient has been released.


General Shipping Info

  • UPS Ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations.
  • Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit.
  • We do not ship internationally, but we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. For these shipments overnight air is required and delivery time is typically three days.
  • Our shopping cart calculates shipping and handling costs automatically.

Return Policy
In case of a damaged shipment, be sure to save everything, including the shipping carton. Shipments are automatically insured. Perishable and fragile products that are damaged should not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department, for our product return mailing address. Please contact us within three days of the delivery date.

Refund Policy
We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Original shipping costs and return shipping charges will be taken out of refund issued. There is also a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued once the basket has been returned and deemed unused. The refund will appear on your credit card with in 10 business days after receipt of basket to Basketique.

Changing and / or Canceling Orders
If your order has not already been shipped, you may change your order at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately to insure your changes can be made.

Shipment Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please be aware that this email may be delayed up to 24 hours.
