We ship via UPS. Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select are also available for an additional cost. Please call or Email for prices.

Can I ship my basket anywhere?
We can ship almost anywhere with in the continental United States except PO Boxes or APO-FPO Boxes. We can also ship to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional cost.

Are your shipments insured?
All shipments are insured against loss and damage at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer a discount of 5% on orders totaling $5,000 or more (excluding shipping or delivery and sales tax).

Can I send a personalized message with my basket?
Absolutely! Remember to include your message in the provided space on the order form.

Do the baskets arrive the way they are pictured?
In the rare event that we are out of a particular product such as a specific basket, gourmet food item, plush, etc., our designers will substitute a similar product of equal or greater value, at the same time keeping the original look and style.

Do you ship chocolate all year round?
No. During the months of May through September many of the chocolate gourmet items are replaced with equal or greater valued gourmet foods.

How will I know that my order has shipped?
