Basketique accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards via our secure on line ordering system. This is the quickest and most reliable way to receive your order. If you would like to pay by money order or check, please make payable to Basketique and send to the address above. Please include the basket name, your email address, phone number and recipient’s information. We will ship your gift once payment is received. You may also call to set up a corporate account.

Sales Tax
Pa Residents include 7% sales tax for orders to be delivered or shipped in Pa.

Guarantee
We guarantee the timely arrival of your gift basket in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund. Please contact our customer service department. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Substitution Policy
If we are out of a particular product, i.e. a specific basket, gourmet goodie, plush, etc., our designers may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value. DURING WARM WEATHER (USUALLY MAY TO OCTOBER) WE MAY SUBSTITUTE ITEMS, WHICH MAY BE DAMAGED BY HEAT.
